L. GovindaRaju B.E. (Mysore, 1986), M.Tech (Mangalore, 1994) is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at R. V. College of Engineering, Bangalore. He has a decade of experience in teaching, consultancy and research. He has published many technical papers in National, International Journals and Conference proceedings.
