V V Kulkarni has vast experience in the field of professional management for the past 35 years. He started his career as Manager - Personnel and at the completion of his working career held the position of Vice-President, Human Resources, San Engineering and Locomotive, Bangalore.

He has continued to contribute to the profession as a consultant in the past decade to various managements in the corporate sector in the field of industrial relations and industrial law.
