Dr. M J Sundar Ram retired as Professor of Zoology and Vice-principal, Vijaya College, Bangalore. He has authored and co-authored several texts and reviews relating to zoology and the teaching of zoology. As a good teacher and a keen sportsman, he has inspired many to go beyond just academics while also excelling in academics. Presently he is Professor of Zoology, Surana College, Bangalore.
