The Right to Information (RTI) and the Right to Privacy (RT)}are not something, which concern only the literates or the urbanites. The RTI spans the entire gamut of human rights, from freedom of speech and expression to fulfilling basic needs. Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression. This right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.
